On-Site Accommodation
All residents enter into a Rooming Accommodation Agreement or contract, for a set period of time (fixed term agreement). Our standard Rooming Accommodation Agreement is Long Term Agreement (50 -53 weeks). Subject to availability, we may also offer a Short Term Agreement (25 – 26 weeks), which is subject to a short-term surcharge of $15/week.
Each Villa is furnished with a lounge suite or sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs, electric cooktop and oven, microwave, full-size fridge/freezer, free laundry facilities inside each Unit: washing machine and dryer or clothes-line, private courtyard, after hours security, on-site managers and free access to all complex facilities.
Your weekly boarding services also includes your electricity, water, unlimited Wifi for up to 5 devices and a fortnightly assisted housekeeping service to the shared areas of the Villa.
Three Bedroom apartment
Our A rooms have a double/queen bed, bedside table, wardrobe, study desk and chair and ceiling fan. The occupant of the A room has their own ensuite and exclusive use of the lock-up garage.
Our B and C rooms will have a have a double bed, bedside table/drawers, built in robe and desk and study chair, shared bathroom and toilet with one other person, free street car parking.
Two Bedroom apartment
This option is very popular as it just has two tenants in the Villa. The Villa is furnished similarly to the three-bedroom. Each bedroom has own bathroom (shower and vanity). Occupants share two toilets. The occupant of the A room has exclusive use of lock-up garage.

You will need to bring all of your linen (towel, sheets, pillows, blankets, and mattress protector). You are able to purchase new & pre-loved linen packages from reception, just let us know 7 days before your arrival to allow time to organise the linen package.

Meals
Meals are not provided at the Village, but the kitchens come with pots and pans to enable you to cook up a feast. There is a small shopping centre approximately 200 metres from the Village with a small IGA supermarket, an old fashioned butcher shop that offers student packages and a great little Dutch bakery, aptly named Dutchy’s Bakehouse. There are also a number of takeaway and dine-in restaurants.
When you need to do a bigger grocery shop Chancellor Park Marketplace has a Woolworths supermarket, banks, post office, newsagency and a host of other specialty shops. These shops are approximately a 1.5km from The Village.
